Details: Treehouse can put your group of a dozen or fewer people to work in the Wearhouse, a unique store where foster children shop for free for new and used clothing and other essentials. Volunteers sort, tag and restock merchandise, and they help foster kids and their caregivers during shopping hours. Volunteers contribute over 500 hours per month to the Wearhouse; thanks to volunteer power, more than 2,000 foster children shop at Treehouse each year for the things they need and want.
Special Requirements: On the day of service, you will receive a brief tour and introduction to Treehouse services before you get to work. All Treehouse volunteers are required to pass a background check and complete a volunteer waiver (minors needs a parent/guardian signature).
