(FRI) Spring, Sprang, Sprung!
Which creatures creep while you sleep? Find out at this community dinner and moonlight walk through Seward Park. Experienced naturalists will lead this informative walk through the Park’s magnificent old growth forest and around beautiful Lake Washington. Listen for owls hooting and coyotes yipping, and learn about spiders, bats mountain beavers and other wildlife residents of the park. Fri., 7:00 pm, Seattle, $3-$8. Advance tickets required.

EVERETT -- As many as 10,000 people are expected to attend General Aviation Day at Paine Field this Saturday. The 16th annual event features a variety of free aviation-related activities, including free 20-minute flights for children, throughout the day at the airport. (Thanks Angel!)

4 and 8-mile Ironheart run, obstacle course for children, CPR training, AED (automated external defibrillator) demonstrations, blood pressure check, glucose and lipids testing (heart disease indicators), training in recognition and response to heart attack, Redmond Fire Department and American Medical Response vehicles.
