The community is invited to bring all creatures great and small for this celebration and thanksgiving for the gift of animals. This is an annual event hosted by the people of St. John’s Episcopal Church. It is held on the Sunday closest to the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, October 4. Francis was known for his love and care for all creation.

Ok, how cool is this? Mo Willems, the beloved children's author, is coming to Borders in Redmond this Sunday, October 3, at 2pm. Willems will be signing copies of his latest book, Knuffle Bunny Free, to celebrate its release. If you haven't followed the story of Trixie and her precious Knuffle Bunny, you're missing out!
