(SAT) Movie: Unbeaten
International award-winning and awe-inspiring feature length documentary that chronicles 31 wheelchair racers as they take on the most difficult road race in the world. The event includes a live performance by Ricky John and Friends, appearances by Cascade High School graduate Gregory Strom, producer of “Unbeaten,” and Oz Sanchez, 2008 Beijing Paralympic Gold Medalist who stars in the movie. (TUES) Limber Yoga Open Gym Tuesdays
Limber Yoga in The Junction now has Open Gym on Tuesdays from 9 am-11 am for 1-4 yr olds. It is only $5 for the first kid, $1 more per extra kid. TODDLER OPEN GYM: A place to run, jump, stretch, breathe, and meet new friends. Bring your little ones and come play. We will incorporate circle time with songs, yoga postures, and games too. You can get a great stretch in, a good conversation, and maybe even get your heart rate up too while your little one does the same. (Age 1 – 4 yrs)
