Always purchased new costumes? This year, SWAP! National Costume Swap Day is October 8th, so before heading to the big box store, participate in the local Orange Blossom Society costume swap. Bring in your gently used costumes (& accessories) and receive a token to choose a new-to-you costume to wear this Halloween.
